Do I have to see a PT before doing this program?
No! This is a step by step course that you tailor to your body's needs. All stretches and exercises have videos to help you use proper form.
Do I need gym equipment?
You will only need basic and minimal equipment to complete some of the exercises. Most are just using your own body weight.
Can I still go to my gym while dong this?
Yes! This course is designed so you can continue to do all the activities you love while moving your body properly to avoid injury

I've tried PT before and it hasn't worked.
The greatest thing about this course is you will learn where your body has weak spots and how to fix them, instead of just being told to do exercises. This is life long knowledge for you to be able to maintain mobility for life and not rely on anyone else to do it! Knowledge is power!
